Directions to Use

Clean surface / object properly by thinner as pretreatment system. After cleaning do the phosphating.

Apply one coat H. B. Z/P P S Grey, kindly note that DFT of this coat should be more than 40 microns.

For curing this coat required 8 to 10 hrs. at R. T. or by forced dry (Oven baking) at 80 to 90 °c for 20 min.

Apply P. U. Paint & maintain DFT of this coat 30 – 40 micron

Curing time of this paint takes 8 to 10 hrs. It required force dry temp is 80 - 90 °c for 20 min.

Wood Sealer

This is fast drying sanding sealer specially formulated to reduce the total time for wood finish system. It is based on import substitute melamine resins system to match shorter drying schedule. This sealer has very good sanding properties along with transparency & adhesion to all types of wood. It can be over coated with melamine top coat after an interval of 2-4 hours.
