Directions to Use

Clean surface / object properly by thinner as pretreatment system. After cleaning do the phosphating.

Apply one coat H. B. Z/P P S Grey, kindly note that DFT of this coat should be more than 40 microns.

For curing this coat required 8 to 10 hrs. at R. T. or by forced dry (Oven baking) at 80 to 90 °c for 20 min.

Apply P. U. Paint & maintain DFT of this coat 30 – 40 micron

Curing time of this paint takes 8 to 10 hrs. It required force dry temp is 80 - 90 °c for 20 min.

Resistance to Acid   No Change in colour & Gloss (0.1N) (H2SO4) (24hrs. R.T.)
Resistance to Alkali   No Change in colour & gloss (2% NaoH) (24hrs. R.T.)
Salt Spray   Passes (5% Nacl solution)
Moisture Resistance   No Blistering, loss of gloss, loss of adhesion when exposed To R.H. 95-98% at 42-48 °c for 240 hrs.
Accelerated weathering test four hrs UV range at 55-60 °c & 4hrs. condensation 45-50 °cfor 500hrs.   Free from decolouration, loss of gloss blister, cracks, chalking, rust formation & loss of adhesion . Gloss reduction 10% fromoriginal gloss accepted.
