Directions to Use

Clean surface / object properly by thinner as pretreatment system. After cleaning do the phosphating.

Apply one coat H. B. Z/P P S Grey, kindly note that DFT of this coat should be more than 40 microns.

For curing this coat required 8 to 10 hrs. at R. T. or by forced dry (Oven baking) at 80 to 90 °c for 20 min.

Apply P. U. Paint & maintain DFT of this coat 30 – 40 micron

Curing time of this paint takes 8 to 10 hrs. It required force dry temp is 80 - 90 °c for 20 min.

ONE PACK ZINC RICH GREY PRIMER

This primer contains high percentage of zinc dust as anticorrosive pigments, and this pigment gives cathode protection to metal from corrosion. Due to high Zinc dust content it gives around 50-60 micron dry film thickness in one coat. Other film properties such as adhesion, scratch hardness , salt spray resistance are excellent as compared to epoxy red oxide primer / zinc chrome yellow primer. The system is based on Epoxy Ester resin.
