Directions to Use

Clean surface / object properly by thinner as pretreatment system. After cleaning do the phosphating.

Apply one coat H. B. Z/P P S Grey, kindly note that DFT of this coat should be more than 40 microns.

For curing this coat required 8 to 10 hrs. at R. T. or by forced dry (Oven baking) at 80 to 90 °c for 20 min.

Apply P. U. Paint & maintain DFT of this coat 30 – 40 micron

Curing time of this paint takes 8 to 10 hrs. It required force dry temp is 80 - 90 °c for 20 min.

SYNTHETIC ENAMEL AUTO FINISH

This primer has anticorrosive nature, and used as high performance coating. It is based on Epoxy Resin cured with Polyamide resin & has excellent adhesion to metal, concrete , FRP & wood. This primer is also recommended for Polyurethane Finishes.
